At Merchku, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to shop with confidence and have a clear understanding of our return and refund process.

1. Standard Returns

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change of mind.

Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We strongly encourage customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping,
  • Defective,
  • Misprinted, or
  • Different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number,
  • A description of the issue, and
  • Clear photos showing the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Customized and Print-on-Demand Products

Because our products are made to order, customized and print-on-demand products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled. This includes products where:

  • The correct design, size, color, and customization options were produced as ordered.
  • There is no manufacturing defect or printing error.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will gladly make it right.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or customer preference. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled item, we will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective,
  • The item is damaged upon arrival,
  • The wrong item was sent, or
  • There was an error on our part.

In these cases, we may provide a prepaid return label, ask you to dispose of the item, or determine that no return is required, depending on the circumstances.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, we will contact you regarding available options, which may include reshipment fees.

Refund eligibility for returned packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Refund Process

Once we review your claim and any supporting photos, we will notify you whether your refund or replacement has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards,
  • Downloadable digital products,
  • Personalized/customized products without defects,
  • Certain clearance or final sale items.

These restrictions do not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
